Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RazoRSharp Networks collects, uses, and protects information when you use the LEVER AI Slack App.

1. Information We Collect

  • Slack workspace ID
  • User IDs
  • Message content processed as commands
  • Usage metadata

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to operate LEVER AI, respond to commands, and improve service accuracy.

3. Data Sharing

Your data is not sold. It is shared only with AI inference providers, including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, as needed to process your commands and return responses.

4. Data Retention

Command logs are retained for 90 days. Workspace data is deleted within 30 days of app removal.

5. Data Storage

Customer data is stored on cloud infrastructure in the United States. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest. No customer data is stored on personal or local devices.

Hosting providers: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (primary compute), Supabase (database), Vercel (API and web layer).

6. Sub-processors

We use the following third-party sub-processors to deliver the LEVER AI service. Each sub-processor is contractually bound to appropriate data protection standards.
